2026 QLD PD Fest Presenters:

Expressions of Interest now open!

We’re delighted to announce that the 2026 English Australia QLD PD Fest will take place in March 2026 at UQ College. The proposed date is Saturday 21 March, with final date confirmation to be provided in late January.

We are now inviting abstract submissions from educators and professionals interested in presenting at QLD PD Fest.

PD Fest is a vibrant, practitioner-led event that showcases practical ideas, emerging practice, and fresh thinking across the English Language Teaching (ELT) sector.

Why present at QLD PD Fest?

Presenting at PD Fest is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Share your ideas and experiences with colleagues from across Queensland

  • Contribute to professional learning in our sector

  • Build confidence and experience in conference-style presenting

In addition, all presenters have the opportunity to enter the Bright Ideas competition to win a trip to the 2026 English Australia Conference in Melbourne to present their session there.

Presenters are very welcome to present individually or in pairs/trios, and first-time presenters are warmly encouraged.
