Due to an internal restructure within Kelly+Partners, Kelly Partners (Sydney) Audit Partnership have resigned as the firm acting as auditor of English Australia Limited. With the signed consent of the Board of Directors of English Australia Limited, Kelly Partners (Sydney) Audit Partnership sort and received the consent of ASIC as is required under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Kelly Partners Assurance Services is the new auditor of English Australia Limited.
